Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hook and Ladder Vintage. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@hookandladdervintage.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition.
